I came across this iBook today and want to share it. It highlights 50 Canadian artists and how they are using their work to share and allow others to experience the beauty of the Queen Charlotte Basin in British Columbia. Since this is an iBook it is only available for iPads but it takes full advantage of the iBook format of integrating video to enhance the interviews and art of these artists as they attempt to give the reader an appreciation for this unique and threatened area. It is also FREE. So if you have an iPad go check it out at the iTunes store, just click on the image below to link there.
The authors of the book are the Raincoast Conservation Foundation, David Suzuki and Wade Davis. You can also check out a printed book at raincoast.org.
